We develop real-time operating systems (OSE, OSEck, OSE epsilon, Enea Linux), hypervisors, middleware for inter-process communication, network protocols, databases and more. Enea Linux is a Linux distribution tailored for real-time applications in the telecom and networking industry. Enea Linux is based on the yocto project and further enhanced with Enea's add-on products. You will be part of a team responsible for design, development and maintenance of Enea Linux. We are looking for a skilled software engineer that is eager to take an active part in shaping the Enea Linux distribution. You have a passion for software development, operating systems, realtime systems, and modern hardware. We would like you to have: - years of professional experience with software development. - solid Linux experience. - experience from open source projects, as a maintainer or contributor. - experience from relevant technology areas, such as operating systems, real-time and embedded systems (software and hardware), driver development, kernel hacking, linux distribution builders, etc. - experience from one or more product development processes, preferably SCRUM. - expert knowledge in the C programming language and other relevant languages and tools. - an academic degree (M Sc CS&EE or similar). - good command of the english language. You like to work as part of a team, accomplishing goals, developing and growing together with your team members. You are not afraid of raising issues and taking on new challenges.
